Daniel MacIvor Reading at Hart House
Daniel MacIvor will be reading from his recent works on Wednesday, February 27 at 6:00 p.m. in the Hart House Library at 7 Hart House Circle, 2nd Floor. Admission is free. A Hart House Literary and Library Committee event.
Daniel MacIvor is a Dora Maver Moore Award winner, a Governor General’s Award winner for I Still Love You, a director, actor, playwright, and filmmaker. His most recent play, How it Works won critical acclaim at the Tarragon Theatre this past November, and his da da kamera solos (Monster, Here Lies Henry and House) were a highlight of the 2006-2007 Buddies In Bad Times Theatre Season. His plays include: See Bob Run, Yes I Am and Who Are You? , Wild Abandon, Somewhere I Have Never Travelled, Never Swim Alone, 2-2 Tango, Jump, This is a Play, The Lorca Play, In On It, for which he was awarded a Village Voice OBIE Award, Cul-de-Sac, and A Beautiful View.
